You may return any unused product for exchange only within 10 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days after it has been received and inspected. For returns and exchanges, please call to receive a return number in advance.
